Harry Reid Begs GOP To Ignore TEA Party

Reid Demands:  “leave Tea Party "extremism" behind and "learn what legislation is all about."

By Dell Hill

Back in March of 2011, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) made this incredibly brilliant public statement and prediction.

Today - closing in on a year later - the Nevada buffoon tells the GOP to drop the TEA Party “extremism”.

Saying it's time to rebuild America by working together to create jobs, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on Sunday prepared for Congress' return to Washington this week with a warning to Republicans to leave Tea Party "extremism" behind and "learn what legislation is all about."

"I would hope that they understand that everything doesn't have to be a fight.  Legislation is an art of working together, building consensus, compromise.  And I hope that the Tea Party doesn't have the influence in this next year that they had in the previous year," Reid said.”

Dell’s Bottom Line:

Obviously, Mr. Reid fails to understand that “working together” and “compromise” do NOT mean “doing it my way”.  That’s exactly what he means when he says “Legislation is an art of working together, building consensus, compromise”.  As long as the loyal opposition agrees to do things HIS way, that’s an acceptable compromise.

Not gonna’ happen, Harry.  Not by a long shot.  In fact, as Vice President Joe Biden would say - gird your loins for an even stronger push-back from the TEA Party, because we’re not pleased with what our representatives and senators have done up to this point in time.  We elected them to do a job...Save this country from the Marxist Socialist Obama regime, and we’re about to go full throttle on your do-nothing senate Democrats, too.

With any luck come November, we hope to provide you with a TEA Party escort to a comfy seat on the back bench.  We know you have just one year left to destroy this country, and we’re not about to stand around with our finger up our Harry Reid and let that happen.

How you like them apples, buffoon??

  1. Atta Boy Harry ! Use the "Extremeism" that you were instructed to use. Why even sweet little, grandmotherly Nancy Pelosi is using it. It's too bad that Chuckie Schumer blew it when he fumbled and said that the instructions to use the same oore came from Debbie Whatsername at the DNC, aint it ? Now EVRYBODY knows that all of you are lying. (again)
