Virginia Goes All GOP!
Republicans
in Virginia now control both houses of the legislature, the Governor’s
Mansion and the attorney generals office. That's only the second time
that's happened since the Civil War.

In 2008, in an ecstatic show of support for Barack Obama, Virginia gave him all of their Electoral Votes - the first time in 44 years they were a presidential 'blue' state.
The
tingle, however, stopped almost immediately afterwards when the
Community Organizer ordered the bailout of his union buddies at General
Motors. Then there was the stimulus fund bailing out all his Wall
Street donors and, last but not least, the fiasco of the Health Care
Bill. It was just salt in the wound hearing Obama call white cops
'racist' and watching him refuse to leave the golf course in order to
attend to an airplane bomber in Detroit. (Michelle spending millions on
vacations while snarling she 'hated' being First Lady wasn't a hoot
either.)
As
a result, less than two years after helping to put Obama in the Oval
Office, Virginia voted in the party that's going to kick him out of it.
First they swept Republican Bob McDonnell into the governor's office
where, unfortunately for the Community Organizer, he's been a resounding
success. (McDonnell now has a 60% approval rating.) And last night
things only got worse for Obama.
Seven term Democratic State Senator
Edd Houck conceded defeat to his opponent, Republican Bryce Reeves, a
former Army Ranger and commercial real estate developer. (Woo Hah!)

Well, I guess it's official. Obama is not the One Virginia was waiting for.
